Cement Tile Restoration
1. Replace all broken and
leaking tiles.
2. Pressure clean the entire roof using water at 3000psi delivered through a custom turbo pressure washer.
3. Clean all gutters, downpipes, facias and surrounding areas that may have collected dirt from the pressure washing process.
4. Replace any badley rusted valley iron.
5. Repair or replace lead flashings where necessary.
6. Install any roof enhancements such as ventilation or
sky lights.
7. Rebed ridge capping, valley and gable tiles where necessary.
8. Repoint all ridge capping, valley and gable tiles using a flexible pointing compound.
9. Apply 1 coat of cement tile sealer. The sealer also contains a priming agent to ensure the final coats of colour stick to the tiles.
10. Apply 2 coats of high quality acrylic roof paint using an airless spray system.
